A well-known & prestigious event management company in Riyadh, which is working all-over the kingdom with high-profile clients from both Government & Business sectors is hiring the Division Director of Finance.

The Director of Finance Division is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting, while ensuring financial health, compliance, and optimal use of resources. This role emphasizes the efficient management of time and resources to prevent delays, overtime, and additional costs, ensuring the financial operations run smoothly and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the company's financial operations, including planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring all processes are efficient, timely, and cost-effective.
Develop and implement financial strategies that promote the company's financial health while maximizing resource efficiency and avoiding unnecessary costs or overtime.
Manage the performance of the finance team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within resource and budget constraints.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, focusing on efficient processes that avoid delays or compliance-related penalties.
Coordinate with other divisions to align financial goals with company objectives, promoting cross-functional efficiency and effective resource allocation.
Monitor and report on the company's financial performance, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting without additional resource strain.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing strategies that minimize potential financial losses or delays.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience with no less than 15 years in financial management and strategic planning, with a focus on efficient resource utilization.
Strong leadership and team management skills, ensuring finance operations are completed on time and within budget.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying cost-saving opportunities and preventing delays.
Proficiency in financial software and tools that promote efficient financial management and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance without excessive resource use.
Proven track record of improving financial performance through efficient financial planning and management.
