A well-known & prestigious event management company in Riyadh, which is working all-over the kingdom with high-profile clients from both Government & Business sectors is hiring the Exhibition & Events Booth Production Manager.

Job Summary:
The Event Booth Production Department Manager is responsible for overseeing the production of event booth materials, primarily focusing on woodwork, including painting and decoration. The role ensures all production elements are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, with a strong emphasis on optimizing resource utilization and minimizing overtime or unnecessary costs.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the production of event booth materials, particularly wood structures, painting, and decorative elements, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Develop detailed production timelines and processes to prevent delays and avoid overtime, ensuring all materials are ready for setup according to schedule.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source wood and other materials efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met without exceeding budget or time constraints.
Oversee the fabrication, painting, and decoration of booth materials, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship while adhering to strict timelines.
Supervise the installation and breakdown of booth structures at event venues, focusing on minimizing resource wastage and ensuring all processes are completed on time.
Manage production budgets with a focus on efficient material use, preventing excess costs through careful planning and proactive resource management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Production, Woodworking, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing the production of event booth materials, particularly wood structures, painting, and decoration.
Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on time and resource efficiency.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in managing vendor relations for timely material delivery and cost control.
Ability to manage multiple production tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion without exceeding budget or resource allocations.

Quality of booth materials (wood structures, painting, and decoration) produced within budget and on time.
Adherence to production timelines with minimal overtime or delays.
Client satisfaction with booth materials and setup, delivered on time and within the agreed budget.
