**Job Opportunity: Fitout Engineer/Supervisor**

We are seeking an experienced Fitout Engineer or Supervisor to manage the complete civil finishing and interior fit-out projects, including MEP works, for F&B outlet stores and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling similar projects from start to finish, with expertise in material selection, drawing execution, and site management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- Manage civil finishing, interior fit-out, and MEP works.
- Lead and control the site team to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
- Ensure high-quality standards in materials and workmanship.
- Efficiently manage project timelines and meet deadlines.

**Requirements:**
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Proven experience in handling fit-out projects, particularly in F&B outlets.
- Strong understanding of material selection, drawings, and execution processes.
- Ability to join immediately (within 1 day).
- Based in Al Khobar or Dammam.
- No Iqama transfer required.
