Requirements

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in tower erection or similar role.
- Oversee tower erection projects from start to finish.
- Manage and coordinate crew members to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Inspect and maintain equipment and materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
