Description

We are looking for an experienced Ocean Freight Specialist to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry within Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate ocean freight shipments from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
Liaise with shipping lines, customs brokers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Handle documentation such as bills of lading, shipping instructions, and customs forms.
Monitor shipment schedules and address any delays or issues promptly.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any shipment-related queries.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ocean freight within Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of local regulations and shipping practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
