Description

The Construction Manager for Infrastructure will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role demands strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all projects adhere to the established timeline and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Organize, implement, and manage project scheduling and office documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate resources and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations on both onsite and offsite construction activities.
• Direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review daily work progress and prepare internal and external status reports.
• Anticipate and prevent problems, addressing any that arise promptly.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and adherence to proper construction techniques.
• Strong leadership and human resources management abilities.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Skilled in conflict and crisis management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years experience in relevant filed.
• Ability to manage the workers and issue clear instructions.
• Strong communication skills.
• SEC Registered Professional Engineer is required.
• GCC experience preferred.
