- At least 5 years of experience in steel structure erection
- Ability to read and interpret erection drawings
- Strong knowledge of steel structure assembly and installation
- Supervise and coordinate steel structure erection activities onsite
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Manage and allocate resources (labor, materials, equipment)
