Maintenance and monitoring of MoW OTM and Equipment
Manage sources and resources of track machines and manpower on all SAR network
Organize machines work execution according to approved plan
Ensure machines and manpower are available and capable for jobs execution
Review and approve machines and staff plan
Manage day-to-day machines activity
Manage and analyze statistics from e-data of machines, workshop staff, and operators
Ensure safe operation of MOW equipment
Ensure that all MOW activities comply with the approved working schedule along the SAR network
Monitor quality parameters of the equipment
Evaluate all Mow staff to ensure equipment reliability
