A leading Multinational, Engineering and construction company, Looking for the Coating Inspector who will be responsible for overseeing and inspecting the application of coating systems on structural steel components. The role ensures that all coatings meet project specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements to protect steel structures from environmental factors and enhance their longevity.

Job Description:
o Conduct inspections of steel surfaces before, during, and after coating application. Verify surface preparation processes, including cleaning, abrasive blasting, and priming.
o Ensure adherence to coating application procedures and techniques as specified in project requirements. Maintain detailed records of inspections, including photographs, measurement data, and non-compliance reports.
o Prepare and submit inspection reports and documentation to project management and quality assurance teams. Verify that all coating materials and equipment are properly stored and handled.
o Conduct pre-application inspections to ensure that steel surfaces are free from contaminants and defects.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or degree preferred. Certification as a Coating Inspector from a recognized body is highly desirable.

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in coating inspection or related roles within the structural steel industry.
