Procurement specialist
Job Description :
Managing internal and external stakeholders
Coordinating with suppliers to confirm delivery dates
Arranging necessary documents from suppliers such as Proforma Invoices and Quotations, for purchasing purposes
Processing RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) for faulty products
Ensuring timely completion of Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
Creating item codes, Initiating Shipment Tracker form in the system.
Due Diligence and approval authority for Purchase Orders, Vendor Payments, Saber Payments and Bayan.

Qualification : - Bachelors/Masters
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in related position
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
• Goal-oriented, organized team player

Salary : 3500 to 4500 (depends on your experience)
