**Job Requirement: Mechanical Foreman**

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman with a minimum of 10 years of experience in machine installation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing the installation of mechanical systems, be adept at reading and interpreting technical drawings, and possess excellent supervisory skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate machine installation activities on-site.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Ensure installations are completed according to specifications and within safety standards.
- Manage and mentor installation teams, ensuring effective communication and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in machine installation.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Proven ability to supervise and lead installation teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
