Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and target potential clients within the designated market segments.
 Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
 Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online marketing.
 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
 Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for software products.
 Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
 Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize results.
 Manage and update the company’s website, ensuring that content is current, engaging, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

 Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s software products and stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
 Provide clients with detailed product information, including features, benefits, and potential use cases.
 Assist in the development of product training materials for internal teams and clients.
 Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales revenue, and customer feedback.
 Provide regular updates to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
 Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes by providing feedback and recommendations.


Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
 Transferable Iqama
 Fluency in English & Arabic languages
 Minimum 3 Years of experience as a Sales and Marketing for IT Software
 Strong grasp of sales principles and techniques, with a proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
 Strong understanding of software products and the technology industry.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant technologies.


Salary: Negotiable with commission
