Description

Arrange and carryout site visits if required along with the Senior/lead estimator.
ï‚· Prepare query and discuss with chief/lead estimator prior to send to client.
ï‚· Prepare comprehensive BOQ before proceeding for preparation of estimate.
ï‚· Prepare and float RFQ for subcontract items and follow, if any.
ï‚· Prepare competitive estimation in order to contribute profit after execution.
ï‚· Compile, verify and issue competent estimate for final approval.
ï‚· Initiate budget proposal based on information available from tender document and historical data.
ï‚· Maintain and implement procedure for execution of estimating work in line with requirements of quality system.
ï‚· Prepare, compile and verify tender packages
ï‚· Carryout contract/purchase order review.
ï‚· Prepare budget and cost sheet.
ï‚· Prepare work file.
ï‚· Sharing knowledge and experience with CED personnel for continual improvement.
ï‚· Attend another task as may be directed by the immediate supervisor.
