Job Description:
Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments
Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments
Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering with relevant planning and scheduling experience and a total experience of 5+ years
Bachelors degree in business administration, facility management, or a similar field is preferred.
Good command on MS Office (MS Projects, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Experience with other project management tools such as Primavera P6
Good communications, negotiation, and people management skills
Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
