Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the electro-mechanical materials sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of existing customers, expert geographical knowledge of the Eastern Province, and the ability to generate revenue by leveraging these relationships while also developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Leverage existing customer relationships to generate new sales opportunities and secure repeat business.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, expanding our customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed.
Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.
Ensure alignment with company objectives and adherence to all sales policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

MBA in Marketing or a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience in the electro-mechanical materials sector.
Expert geographical knowledge of the Eastern Province.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong network of industry contacts and a demonstrated ability to generate new business.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while leading a team to success.
