Al Hadeel International Trading Company is seeking highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be ready to work anywhere in KSA and have a proven track record of success in sales management.
Position: Sales Supervisor
Place of Work: Riyad Region
Experience: Minimum 5 years (GCC), 3 years (Saudi Arabia).
Immediate Hiring – Local Hiring or Company can provide Visa.
NOTE: - FMCG experience is mandatory.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be willing to travel and work anywhere in KSA
