Job Title: Maintenance Foreman

Job Purpose:

Organize and manage supervisors on daily maintenance activities in the assigned area based on weekly planning.
Ensure that all daily maintenance activities of Refinery are carried out safely, effectively and within the time frame.
Shall conform to environment procedures and quality assurance for activities carried out.
Coordinate with Operations and discipline Supervisors to optimize scheduled and un-planned activities.
Provide support and expertise for troubleshooting and creating an action plan to all discipline supervisors.
Ensure KPI requirements are met.
Monitor all on-going activities and update the progress to the Maintenance Superintendent.
Reports to Maintenance Superintendent.

1. Maintenance: Execution of all maintenance jobs assign to contractor related to mechanical, rotating, electrical and instrumentation of refinery plant in accordance with Company standard.
• Coordinate and ensure all work permits are available to execute the tasks daily.
• Shall conform to environment procedures and quality assurance for activities carried out.
• Coordinate with Operations and discipline Supervisors to optimize scheduled and un-planned activities.
• Provide support and expertise for troubleshooting and creating an action plan to all discipline supervisors.
• Ensure KPI requirements are met.
• Monitor all on-going activities and update the progress to the Maintenance Superintendent.
• Ensure all employees follow SATORP standards and guidelines.
2. HSE : Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.
• Attends Safety audits and walkthroughs when required.
• Execute and take immediate action to maintain the safety of employees and the refinery.
