Description

Develop, interpret, and administer company policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with Local Labor law, company policy and takes appropriate corrective measures.

Ensure that all company’s required data is updated on all government platforms and forums including but not limited to Qiwa, Mudad, Absher, GOSI, HADAF, Labor Office, Muqeem and Enjaz, for all services like visa issuance, exit re-entry, iqama renewal, iqama transfer, work permits, contract management, change/ correct occupation, employees training, wage protection, vacation, medical, attendance, absences, disciplinary actions, company’s monthly report, violations and Saudization certificate for company etc…

Act as a company resource for HR issues and provides leadership and counsel to Employees.

Develop, update, interpret and administer the procedures, strategies, full lifecycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and extension of offers.

Support Saudization efforts by sourcing and attracting the best Local talent

Create and foster relationships with various organizations to attract and recruit niche candidates.

Participate and attend recruitment/career fairs to develop relationships strategies with universities and partner to create an Early Career Hire Program for the region.

Recommends technical and administrative advice regarding development/ modification of policies to support business objectives related to best practice of HR policies and practices.

Consult with and advises employees regarding employee relations issues Including investigation and problem resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination etc.

Conduct compensation analysis and studies on benchmarking practices and advises managers and employees concerning compensation, benefits, employee services and training.

Generate & submit all the required reports (e.g., new hire, termination, transfer, turnover, probation period, … etc.) on a periodic basis including all necessary data.

Activate the service of the new employees on the system and finalize all related activities regarding the on-boarding from username, password, name tag, switching bank details, identification cards, badges and passes and performing other security-related duties …. etc. to ensure that the system is updated and to facilitate the finalization of the on boarding process.

Lead the investigations pertaining to employees’ disputes, misconduct, and violations as per the company policy by collaborating with the legal dept.

Assist in conducting annual performance evaluation review and ensures retrieval of all documented performance reviews on time. Consolidates and summarizes the company-wide performance review results.

Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Managers, Directors or CEO
Five years of experience and above, the residence of the Eastern Saudi
