Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled sales professional to generate new business leads, build relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth through equipment rentals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the rental industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote equipment rentals
- Negotiate and close rental agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings

Requirements:

- 2+ years of sales experience in the rental industry (equipment, tools, or related field)
- Proven sales track record and ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 50%)
