Job Title Sales Coordinator

Education University Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Science or Business Administration.

Experience  At least 3 years’ experience, in medical devices, medical equipment sales.
 Hands on experience in Sales Documentation. Experience in bidding document preparation, submission, upload in bidder portal.
 Experience in cost analysis, sales figures, projections, achievements data. Experience of handling international sales.

 Knowledge of INCOTERMS.
 Knowledge of outbound Shipments, Clearance and Customs’ documentation.
Skills  Well versed in computer applications and management information systems.
 Communication Capability

 Interpersonal skills

 Negotiation
 Time Management
Training  ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 awareness course.
 Sales and/or Marketing Strategy Courses.
 Internal Quality Auditing.
