Job Purpose:
"The Sampling Supervisor oversee machining operations, supervising employees, ensuring production target are met, quality standards are maintained and safety protocols are followed.
Supervisor in Heat Treatment shop assists shop manager & specialist in carrying out the overall work that occurs in the shop. Based on expertise in sawing and machining for sample, specialist develops work plans and issue work orders accordingly. The supervisor involves managing heat treatment shop of sampling workers and coordinating with other teams in same shop to optimize workflow and productivity"


Job Responsibilities:
"• Responsible for the manufacturing process of sampling
• Review & control the sampling schedule
• Performs tasks such as safety management, work monitoring, and performance management during the work process.
• Training new employees on how to properly operate Band saw or CNC machine tools.
• Skilled worker executes the work according to the work order and records the results in the system.
• Reporting problems that occurred in the factory.
• Input job performance in the system.
• Assist with performing equipment maintenance as necessary."


Job Requirements:
"• High school diploma or higher
• More than 10 years of experience in sampling shop or machining shop
• More than 5 years of work experience of band saw or CNC lathe
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills
• Strong understanding of machine tools(Turning, Milling & boring and special machine tools)
• Strong understanding of heavy-duty machine tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of quality control principles.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments"
