Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:
o Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards in line with project requirements and industry best practices.
o Review and approve project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
o Monitor and assess project processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Quality Control:
o Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
o Perform tests on materials, workmanship, and finished work to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
o Document inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions; prepare detailed reports for project management and stakeholders.

Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities, test results, and inspections.
o Coordinate with regulatory agencies and third-party inspectors as required.

Communication and Coordination:
o Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and ensure smooth project execution.
o Provide training and guidance to construction teams on quality standards and best practices.
o Assist in the resolution of quality-related disputes and issues.

Qualifications:
• Must be available to join immediately
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in in quality assurance and quality control
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
