Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from initiation through completion. This role involves planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising projects to ensure they meet quality standards, are completed on time, and stay within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:
o Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
o Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
o Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates and schedules.

Project Execution:
o Coordinate and manage project activities, resources, and personnel to ensure timely and
successful project completion.
o Supervise and direct construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to
project plans and quality standards.
o Monitor project progress, address issues, and adjust plans as necessary to keep the project on
track.

Budget and Cost Management:
o Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, approving invoices, and
ensuring cost control.
o Conduct cost analyses and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
o Implement strategies to optimize project costs and avoid budget overruns.

Quality and Safety:
o Ensure that all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory
requirements.
o Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards and identify
potential risks.
o Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Stakeholder Communication:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
o Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, challenges, and changes.
o Manage client expectations and address concerns or issues in a timely manner.

Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders,
and progress reports.
o Prepare and submit comprehensive project reports and final documentation to stakeholders.

Problem Solving and Risk Management:
o Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
o Ensure that any changes to the project scope are managed and documented effectively.

Qualifications:
• Must be available to join immediately
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related
field.
• Minimum 10 Years’ experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office
Suite.
• PMP certification or similar project management certification is a must.
