HVAC Engineer - 2 Nos
(Minimum 6 Years of Aramco site Experience)

An HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Engineer with 7 years of experience is typically expected to fulfill a range of responsibilities and possess a set of qualifications and skills. Here’s a general outline of what might be required for such a position:

Qualifications and Education:
Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
A master’s degree can be an added advantage.
Certifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
Certification in HVAC systems design and energy management (e.g., ASHRAE Certification).
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification is often preferred.
Experience:
Professional Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems.
Experience with commercial, residential, or industrial HVAC systems.
Proven experience in project management, leading teams, and coordinating with other engineering disciplines.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, Trace 700).
In-depth knowledge of HVAC system components and their specifications.
Familiarity with industry standards and codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer.
Responsibilities:
Design and Planning:

Design HVAC systems for various types of buildings, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
Develop load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork/pipework layouts.
Create detailed design drawings and specifications for HVAC installations.
Project Management:

Manage HVAC projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and contractors during design and construction phases.
Review and approve submittals and shop drawings.
Installation and Maintenance:

Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC system performance.
Develop maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems.
Energy Efficiency and Sustainability:

Implement energy-efficient HVAC designs to reduce environmental impact and operational costs.
Perform energy audits and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with new technologies and advancements in the HVAC field.
Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all HVAC systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain safety standards in all HVAC operations and installations.
Soft Skills:
Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
