The Job Description will be as below.

Develop financial strategies, policies, processes, procedures and controls to support group's short, medium and long-term objectives.
Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, as well as overseeing issuance of financial information to management.
Lead company's business plans with respect to financial growth and business expansion through financial models.
Act as key stakeholder in business development and expansion plans to enable creation of shareholder value.
Participate in key decisions as member of the Executive Management team and maintain in depth relations of the entire management team.
Contribute to the preparation of a strategic business plan by providing relevant economic and financial forecasts of data and industry trends to provide a relevant basis for review, discussion anc approval.
Ensure ERP implementation as per plan and advise on any issues and roadblocks faced by team. To liaison with Group Internal Auditors and manage audit queries, observations and objections to improve and enhance internal control environment.
Maintain Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) by ensuring key controls are functional within the Finance function.
Ensure that all transactions are made under Company's financial policies, rules, regulations and procedures.
Develop Finance function to ensure its functioning complies with developing laws, regulations and standards.
Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends to ensure effective working capital management.
Research and report on the factors that are influencing business performance.
Conduct financial reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Develop relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, bankers and other relevant organizations.
Ensure supervision of finance team in all operational matters. Any other task assigned by the Management.
