Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager who is fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media accounts, responding to customer calls, engaging with comments and messages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will create engaging content, take photos of our dishes, and handle guest reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Respond to customer calls, messages, and comments across all platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Take high-quality photos of dishes and create compelling content for social media and marketing campaigns.

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Collect and respond to guest reviews, ensuring feedback is used to improve customer experience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and promotion of special events or offers.

Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and highlighting positive experiences on social media.

Requirements:

Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and tools.

Creative mindset with excellent communication and photography skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
