JD:
A Siebel Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing software solutions using Siebel CRM technology. They are required to work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. They must also be able to develop customizations and configure Siebel applications to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
o Design and develop software applications using Siebel CRM technology
o Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements
o Develop customizations and configurations to meet business needs
o Create technical design documents and specifications
o Perform unit testing and integration testing of software applications
o Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications
o Maintain and update existing applications as required

Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
o Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Siebel CRM development
o Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, configurations, and integrations
o Experience in developing and customizing workflows, business objects, and scripts
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
