Description

We are in search of Procurement Administrator for our reputed Engineering company in KSA.

Work Location- Initially will be in Khobar and then Yanbu
Ideal candidate must be ready to join in 1 week time.
Single status (not family)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in engineering and projects certifications ex. CIPS and PMP are a plus
- Proven 12+ experience in procurement, contracts or supply chain management
- On hands industrial projects procurement experience, drafting high value project’ contracts, negotiating high value contracts, skilled and contracts administration and dispute / claim Mgt.
- Must have experience in oil & gas, chemical or Mining company background
- Experienced with different contracting strategies such as EPCm , EPC
- Should have minimum 7+ years of experience in GCC especially in KSA
- Proficient in procurement software & Microsoft Office
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Attention to detail & organizational skills

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the team to select quality suppliers
- Manage purchase orders for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate procurement records
- Monitor supplier performance & resolve issues
- Analyze procurement data for cost-saving opportunities
