Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef specializing in international cuisine to join our team at a private palace in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for culinary arts and a proven track record in preparing a wide range of dishes from various cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development: Create and design diverse menus featuring international dishes that cater to a wide range of palates.

Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality meals, ensuring consistency, flavor, and presentation meet the palace's standards.

Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of ingredients and the final product, ensuring all dishes are prepared to perfection.

Customer Interaction: Engage with the household members to ensure satisfaction and address any special dietary needs or requests.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a multi-cuisine restaurant or private household with a focus on international dishes.

Skills: Expertise in various international cuisines, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a creative approach to menu development.

Certifications: Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
Eligibility: This position is open to local hires and Iqama holders only.

Preferred nationalities include Indian, Filipino, Nepali, and Sri Lankan candidates.

Availability: Flexibility to work as needed, including weekends and holidays.
