Job Title: Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing routine cleaning and repair tasks for swimming pools, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in swimming pool maintenance, fluency in Arabic, a valid driving license, and preferably possess some plumbing and electrical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Swimming Pool Cleaning:

Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and backwashing filters.
Ensure the correct balance of pool chemicals and adjust as necessary to maintain water quality.
Inspect and clean pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, and filters.
Repairs and Maintenance:

Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on pool equipment and components.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to pool systems, including pumps, heaters, and lighting.
Assist with major repairs or replacements as needed, coordinating with specialized contractors when required.
Customer Service:

Communicate effectively with clients regarding pool maintenance schedules, issues, and recommendations.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and chemical usage.
Prepare reports and documentation as required by the management.
Additional Skills:

Utilize plumbing and electrical knowledge to address related issues as they arise.
Perform tasks in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in swimming pool maintenance and repair is required.
Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
Driving License: Valid Driving License is required to drive to various job sites.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is preferred.
Certifications: No-Required.
Skills and Abilities:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment.
Working Conditions:

Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
