Description

The Planning Manager is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, coordinating with various teams to ensure the timely delivery of construction projects. This role involves resource planning, risk management, and providing crucial data to support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
3. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
4. Proven experience in managing complex construction projects.
5. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Power Bi).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Can start immediately
10. Willing to transfer iqama in our manpower supplier

Salary Range: SAR 15,000 - 18,000 Full Package.
