Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with comprehensive knowledge of taxation laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
-Handle all aspects of taxation, including VAT, Zakat, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax, ensuring timely and accurate filing in accordance with Saudi tax laws.
-Conduct detailed tax analysis and provide expert advice on tax planning, strategies, and compliance to optimize the company’s tax position.
-Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation, ensuring all tax liabilities are calculated and paid on time.
-Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to resolve tax-related issues and inquiries.
-Monitor changes in tax regulations and implement necessary changes in accounting practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
-Provide leadership and guidance to junior accounting staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
-Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making processes.


Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
-Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on taxation in Saudi Arabia.
-Strong knowledge of Saudi tax laws, including VAT, Zakat, and other relevant regulations.
-Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
-xcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
-bility to work independently and handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.
