Job Description:

As the Human Resources Manager at Advanced Foundation Company, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our human resources processes. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Your expertise will help us attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
Conduct performance evaluations and support managers in addressing performance issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Promote a positive workplace culture and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
