Summary

Maintenance Planning Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring that all maintenance activities are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner. This position involves planning and scheduling maintenance activities, coordinating resources and optimizing maintenance processes to minimize downtime and maximize asset reliability.

Requirement

An Experienced professional having worked in a company with environment of handling different projects as per Saudi Aramco and having deep understanding of Aramco, SABIC, SEC & MAADEN's regulations and practices is essential or similar Client’s Electrical procedures.


Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance plan for all equipment, systems and facilities, ensuring alignment with operational needs and safety requirements.
Establish and manage a preventive maintenance program to reduce equipment breakdowns and prolong asset life. Schedule regular inspections, lubrications and replacements as needed.
Develop and manage maintenance schedules, coordinating with operations to minimize disruption to production processes. Optimize maintenance downtime.
Allocate human resources, materials, and equipment efficiently for planned maintenance activities.
Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and coordinate procurement as needed to minimize equipment downtime.
Ensure that all maintenance activities and plans comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct safety assessments and risk analyses for maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment maintenance histories, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in maintenance planning and execution. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Work Experience

03 - 05 Years Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.. Aramco experience is highly preferable.

Industry Preference

Must have worked in large Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and Industrial Projects.

Skills
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, preventive maintenance techniques and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles.
Thorough knowledge of Aramco's standards and regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools and software - Primavera P6
Good time management, organizing, follow-up and expediting skills.
Must be Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage.

Salary:
4000-4500/- SAR + Accommodation + Transportation
