Hi candidates,

We are hiring for our Second industrial city Dammam warehouse who have experience in the truck coordination, the applicant should be meet the blew requirements:-

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan the daily operations in advance.
• Execute the trip with owned/leased/rental trucks as per sales order.
• Dispatch trucks.
• Coordinate with drivers.
• Ensure timely execution of port-based operations without any failure.
• Issue the loading voucher according to the job order.
• Verify the loading voucher after job completion.
• Record shipment details in the ERP system.
• Prepare & distribute the fuel & trip allowance.
• Schedule truck appointments with FASAH ports.
• Issue the Naqlbayan.
• Monitor truck utilization.
• Track the truck with GPS system.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts team.
• Coordinate with subcontractors.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers, resolving any complaints.
• Coordinate with the shipping line and verify the manifest and other shipping documents.
• Coordinate with the broker and ensure the clearance process.
• Ensure compliance with all company and business policies, overseeing all open sales orders to ensure appropriate order flow.
• Manage all communication within the sales department, process all customer orders and product shipments, and ensure optimal practices for all processes.
• Verify all order lines and prepare order reports on a daily basis; manage all shipments, respond to all inquiries about order status, resolve all customer issues, and prepare efficient project schedules.
