Job Overview:
As an Operations Supervisor for our food delivery service, you will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient delivery processes and exceptional service. You will manage a team of delivery drivers, coordinate logistics, and implement best practices to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of service.
Logistics Coordination: Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient food delivery while minimizing costs.
Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards for food handling and delivery, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues effectively.
Process Improvement: Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce delivery times.
Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for development.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and warehouse teams, to ensure seamless operations.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food delivery or logistics industry or E-Commerce.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using logistics software and technology.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
