Description

* Preparation of architectural building plans, sections, elevations and detail drawings,door & window details / schedules, floor finishes & reflected ceiling plan.
* Experience in Civil, MEP work & Shop Drawing Preparation.o Preparing HVAC & Ducting Systemo Preparing Drainage & Water Supply Systemso Preparing Fire Fighting System.
* Preparing Low Current Systems (CCTV, ACS, FA, Etc.)o Preparing LV Systems (Cable Trays, Cable routing. Etc.)
* Preparing shop drawings for all type of staircases with finishing detail, Handraildetail, Handrail fixation detail, Skirting & Coping detail.
* Preparing shop drawing with the complete detail for all Reception Counter present inthe project.
* Preparing detail of Toilets, Wash Rooms and U G water Tank.
* Inspection of works, preparation of as-built drawings.
* Reviewing and checking of shop drawings for construction detail (Architectural &Structural) before submitting to consultant.
* Completed all assigned projects on or well before deadlines.o Handled both large and small-scaled drafting projects.
* Excellent computer skills in the software programs commonly used in an engineeringoffice environment including MS Office.
