Job Description:


• prepare schematic designs, proposals, sketches, presentations of (accommodations, villas, kitchen, offices, etc.) as per the client requirements
• prepare final design and models within project time frame
• Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.
• produce detailed drawings
• prepare doors, windows, trims, flashing details
• Provide technical support to the team members
• negotiate with contractors and other professionals
• attend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
• prepare BOQ and material lists
• suggest materials and coordinate with procurement and contractors
• make site & factory visits to check the drawings compliance
• deal with problems that might come up during construction

Requirements:
• Education : Bachelor in Architectural Engineering
• Experience : 4-6years. Preferred in Light Gauge steel Buildings & Modular system
• Age : 25-30 years

Skills:
The candidate must be very knowledgeable in design and drafting software such as:
• AutoCAD
• Sketchup - Pro
• V-Ray for Sketchup
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Framecad / Vertex BD is a plus
