Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering with extensive experience in the maintenance of fire and gas detection systems. The candidate should be prepared for immediate mobilization and those with a transferable Iqama will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire and gas detection systems.
Ensure that all electrical and instrumentation systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical circuits, control systems, and instrumentation.

Installation and Commissioning:

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new fire and gas detection systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during installation and commissioning activities.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and system updates.
Prepare and submit reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and any issues encountered.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all job duties.
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company and industry safety standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding the status of maintenance activities and any challenges encountered.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in the maintenance of fire and gas detection systems.

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and instrumentation.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.

Additional Requirements:

Mobilization: Candidates should be ready for immediate mobilization.
Iqama: Preference will be given to candidates with a transferable Iqama.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
