Job Description:
As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment to ensure seamless operation for our clients and internal events. Your role will involve working with a variety of AV systems, including sound systems, video conferencing setups, projectors, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation and Setup: Install, configure, and test audio-visual equipment for events, meetings, and daily operations.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to audio-visual systems quickly and efficiently.
- Support: Provide technical support during live events and meetings, ensuring all equipment functions correctly.
- Upgrades: Assist with upgrades and enhancements to existing AV systems as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment, repairs, and inventory.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AV Technician or in a similar role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting a range of audio-visual equipment, including sound systems, projectors, video conferencing tools, and related software.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of AV technologies, signal flow, and connectivity standards.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Certifications: Relevant certifications are a plus.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours.
