Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Management: Identify and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms and prices for high-quality ingredients and supplies.

Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

Procurement: Source and purchase all necessary items for the restaurant, including food, beverages, and kitchen equipment, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the purchasing budget, aiming to reduce costs without compromising on quality.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet the restaurant's quality standards and are delivered in a timely manner.

Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and management team to understand their needs and ensure a smooth supply chain.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, supplier performance, and inventory data to make informed purchasing decisions.

Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers, staff, and management. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Riyadh city and its local market is essential.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and procurement records.

Driving License: A valid driving license is required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
