Description

Skills:

- Proficient in Windows, macOS, and Basic Linux operating systems.

- Expertise in installing, configuring switches, and troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

- Knowledgeable in network protocols, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.

- Skilled in software installation, updates, and patches.

- Experience and knowledge with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 administration

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies..

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

- Excellent in speaking English Lanaguage and beginner in Arabic.



Hand On Experienced Candidate:

- Provided comprehensive desktop and laptop support, including hardware/software troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs.

- Configured and managed network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.

- Implemented and maintained security measures such as antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls.

- Assisted with the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 services for a 110-user organization.

- Documented IT support activities and maintained detailed records of service requests and resolutions.

- Trained end-users on the use of various software applications and office equipment.


NOTE:
Must have a minimum 2 to 3years expereince in Saudi arabia
Must have a Transferable iqama with validity
Salary is 3200sar and Company will provide Accomodation
Must be available Joining immediatly
Nationality : INDIAN and Philippines are Preferable
