Job Title: Foreman - Steel and Civil Works
Location: Different sites all over Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Foreman/Supervisor to oversee steel and civil works on our construction projects. The Foreman will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the construction crew, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Coordination:
Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute work schedules.
Assign tasks to crew members and ensure that all work is performed according to project specifications and standards.

Project Management:
Monitor progress and performance of the construction crew, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure that materials and equipment are available and used efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, reports, and time sheets.

Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all crew members.
Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to keep the crew informed about safety practices.

Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the crew and project management.
Communicate project goals, expectations, and deadlines to the crew clearly and effectively.



Working Conditions:
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Holiday: Friday
Accommodation: Provided by the company
Transportation: Provided by the company
Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by project schedules.
