REQUIREMENT FOR COUNTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR ELECTRICAL WHOLESALE & RETAILS SHOP.

We are a reputable Electrical Wholesale & Retail outlet here in Riyadh.
Looking for an experienced Counter Sales Representative with 1-2 years of experience working in Electrical Sales & having knowledge of Electrical, Lighting EMT products.

All Individuals must be between age between 27-32 years with a valid Iqamma holder in KSA.
Benefits as per Saudi Labour law will be provided accordingly.

Required Skills

Customer Service
 Skill & experience assisting customers before, during, and after purchases to satisfy customer needs.
Communication Skills
 Experience or skill effectively exchanging and understanding information, verbally or in writing.
Retail Sales
 Assist customers by providing product recommendations, based on their needs and preferences.
 Show consistent reliability in maintaining product knowledge and current sales trends.
 Maintains customer satisfactions by assisting customers with identifying items, providing quotes and processing orders
 Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to conduct follow-up sales.
 Handle customer complaints, comments and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Technical & Product Knowledge
 Have experience & knowledge in Electrical, Lighting & EMT products.
 Have market knowledge with electrical shops in KSA, mainly Riyadh.
 Participates in trainings to maintain and grow basic knowledge of electrical products
Organizational Skills
 Ability to organize workload, processes, or physical objects and spaces.
 Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance always.
Multilingual Skills
 Fluency in languages. preferred English, Arabic & Hindi (Must know to speak fluently)
 Ability to speak, read, or write in multiple languages is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
 Undergraduate or a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field considered a plus.
 Experience with POS systems and maintaining sales records.
 Experience in handling MS Excel, MS Word, MS-Outlook.
