Description

We are looking for an operating manager in the field of renting and supplying manpower in the Jubail region to work with a startup company whose main branch is in Riyadh and has a branch in Jubail and are looking for an employee to work full time according to the following specifications:-

(Scholarly qualifications)

- Bachelor's degree in management or a similar specialization.
- Professional certificates in quality and operations.

(Required experiences)

- Experience in the field of manpower supply and rental.
- Experience in bringing operational contracts with petrochemical and contracting companies across Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in holding client meetings, fruitful discussions and successfully managing deals.
- Experience in registering in Aramco, SABIC, Ma'aden, Mudon, Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
- Experience in business development and the most active and profitable areas of contracting.
- Experience in managing and solving the problems of employees and employment under his responsibility.
- Experience in financial claims and how to collect late invoices from customers and suppliers.
- Experience in corporate management and governance programs to link operations and follow-up processes such as IRP or Oracle and the like.

(We are open to holding special partnerships together, our employees in this position, where the occupant of this position will be granted a commission of the net business profits in addition to a fixed salary provided that it is proven and its compliance with the above conditions)
