Our EPC Company is looking for a 3xProfessional Procurement Engineers, with Saudi Exp. of 3 - 5 years, to purchase the project's materials as per technical requirement He should be familiar with Saudi markets and must have ability to persuade and clear purchasing transactions.

ARAMCO experience is appreciated but not mandatory.

Order Management
* Process Material/Service/Sub Contract Order request in coordination of Procurement Manager.
* Source Vendors, Float Quotation Request, Arrange sample approval & site visit if required.
* Compare and Analyze various aspects of technical requirements.
* Monitor long & short lead Requirements and maintaining logs of submittal.
* Monitor Budget and Budget approval logs.
* Communicate and maintain an official record of all sorts of Email & Material Tracking Sheets.
* Submit daily and weekly progress reports.
* Plan and Assign Buyer’s assignment in coordination with Procurement Manager accordingly.
* Track orders and follow up for on-time deliveries.
* Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

Supplier Relations
* Create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure purchased goods are high quality and deliveries are on time.

Qualifications :

* Bachelor’s degree
