RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee project planning and coordination, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Manage and allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain quality control through inspections and adherence to standards.
Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
Resolve issues and make decisions to keep the project on track.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage subcontractors and handle contract-related matters.
Implement measures to minimize environmental impact and adhere to regulations.
Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.

MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE INSIDE SAUDI ARABIA

* Must knowledge and Minimum 5 years of Saudi arabia experience in HVAC - QC and execution
