Position: Waitress
Location: La Rio, Riyadh
Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and seat guests, take orders, and provide attentive and friendly service throughout the dining experience.

Order Management: Accurately enter orders into the system and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.

Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct and meet our quality standards.

Table Maintenance: Keep tables clean and tidy, promptly clearing dishes and resetting tables for new guests.

Knowledgeable Service: Be familiar with the menu, including daily specials, and be able to make recommendations to guests.

Payment Processing: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role in a restaurant setting.

Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure orders are accurate and guests are satisfied.

Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
