Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in expanding our market share in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the local market, a robust network within SABIC, Aramco, and related companies, and a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi Arabian market.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, particularly within SABIC, Aramco, and other industry leaders.
-Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
-Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
*Represent DDTS at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the digital transformation, engineering, or oil & gas sectors.
*Proven network and relationships with SABIC, Aramco, and other key industry players in Saudi Arabia.
*Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
