Job Opportunity:
Technical Evaluator - JTS Development and Mentee Evaluation

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Evaluator to join our team. You will be key in developing Job Task Standards (JTS) and evaluating Mentees' performance, ensuring adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control & Certification: Provide objective on-the-job certification and quality control for Mentees.
Documentation & Safety Oversight: Complete relevant documentation and halt evaluations if actions pose safety risks.
Adherence to SOPs: Ensure Mentees follow Specific Operations Procedures (SOP) and adapt to varying situations.
Performance Evaluation: Question Mentees' performance motives, record answers, and assess responses.
Outcome-Based Evaluation: Evaluate Mentees based on task completion, ensuring adherence to standards.
Mentor Coordination: Ensure all tasks are signed and dated by Mentors before JTS certification.
Unsatisfactory Performance Documentation: Enter and explain reasons for unsatisfactory performance.
Certification: Sign and date task completion certificates when Mentees meet certification criteria.
Reporting: Report task evaluation results to the training tracking system coordinator.

Qualifications:
Academic: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience: 10 years in Refining, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries with a degree, or 20 years without a degree.
Technical Skills: Experience in plant start-up and shutdown procedures.
Certifications: Certified industrial job tasks evaluator.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Behavioral Competencies:
Exceptional presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English.
Familiarity with MS Office.
